
This is absolute bullshit. A Chinese news site is reporting that a middle age man has experienced erectile dysfunction because of his vegetarian diet. Seriously? He started a vegetarian diet to get rid of excess fat. Now he has been vegetarian for a while and he has lost hi libido. I call bullshit on this one. I am a vegetarian and have not lost my sex drive at all. While meats, poultry, and fish have necessary vitamins and minerals, a healthy vegetarian diet will replace these items as well as provide vitamins and minerals that are not provided in meat products.
