Vegetarian Pot Pie

I love real pot pie. Not the shit you get in the frozen food section in the aluminum tin plate. I love real authenticate pot pie. Since I am a vegetarian a lot of places that make the real think put beef and chicken into their pot pies. Here is a good recipe that I got from Vegetarian Times.
